Girl and Youth Experience Coordinator
The Girl and Youth Experience Coordinator leads the Girl and Youth Experience Committee and collaborates with various sub-committees to ensure that the voices and perspectives of girl and youth members are integrated into all aspects of programming. This role fosters a cooperative, inclusive and accountable environment while guiding sub-committees in their work to align with Girl Guides of Canada’s strategic plan.
FR.1 Reviewers
FR.1 Reviewers review and assess fundraising event proposals according to GGC fundraising policies, procedures and guidelines and the criteria set in the Fundraising Procedures and Guidelines document. To contribute to meaningful experiences for girl and youth members and Guiders.

NS Camping & Outdoor Adviser
The Camping & Outdoors Adviser inspires and supports members to explore and connect with nature,
fostering a love for outdoor activities and camping experiences. They support, promote, plan, and
coordinate camping and outdoor activities, including adventure events and related training, for girls,
youth and adult members. Position Description.
NS Marketing and Communications Adviser
(Formerly NS PR and Communication) The Marketing and Communications Adviser enhances the visibility, engagement and public awareness of Girl Guides of Canada (GGC) within the provincial council jurisdiction. Through innovative communication strategies and collaborative efforts, this role ensures that GGC’s mission, programs and events are effectively promoted to diverse audiences while upholding brand standards and fostering an inclusive, positive image of the organization. NS Program Adviser
The Program Adviser supports the delivery of high-quality, inclusive and impactful programming for girls and youth within the provincial council’s jurisdiction. By fostering collaboration, creativity and alignment to Girl Guides of Canada’s strategic goals, the Program Adviser ensures that programming inspires and empowers all members. Additionally, the role promotes awareness of global and local issues relevant to girls, youth and women while contributing to the development of innovative program opportunities. Available now. Camp Property Management
It is said that camping is where your adventure begins and we are very fortunate to have 5 camp properties to help start adventures for our members!
These camps offer opportunities where members can experience lodge and or large tenting camping experiences while building their outdoor adventure skills.
