Camping and Outdoor Adviser
Camping and Outdoor Adviser: The Camping and Outdoor Adviser inspires and supports members to explore and connect with nature, fostering a love for outdoor activities and camping experiences. They support, promote, plan and coordinate camping and outdoor activities, including adventure events and related training, for girls, youth and adult members..
Safe Guide Liaison
Safe Guide Liaison: The Safe Guide Liaison is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and consistent application of Safe Guide protocols and procedures within the Provincial Council. This includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of policies, forms, and resources, mentoring Safe Guide Assessors, and ensuring timely processing of Safe Guide forms. The Liaison also supports Assessor training and collaborates with other Provincial Council members to uphold safety and risk management standards across all programming.
Trip Financial Reviewer
Trip Financial Reviewer: With a team, review and assess the financial viability of trips (domestics & International) according to GGC fundraising policies, procedures, guidelines and the criteria set in the ANY Council Trip Financial Guidelines documents. Youth Forum Coordinator
Youth Forum Coordinator: The Youth Forum Coordinator provides direct input to the delivery of Guiding within the jurisdiction of the Provincial Council, and to ensure the voice of youth members is considered in Council deliberations and is the liaison between the Council and Youth Forum.
Youth Forum Coordinator applications accepted until October 15, 2025.
