In 1993 Kennebecasis Area purchased 41.3 acres of land near Kingston, N.B. A contest was held to name the newly purchased land for our campsite, with the winning suggestion from Shirley Moore. Chacik means: camping, hiking, and canoeing in Kennebecasis.

The fee for camping is $1.75 per person per night plus $25.00 (includes HST) if using the building. There is no charge for day trips to the site. If using the site, please do not leave any garbage behind, do not cut down trees, use only dead wood in established fire pits & put out fires completely.
